Craft a Special Syringe

To get a recipe for a special syringe, you first need to collect at least 30 relics. This will unlock a new recipe for a special syringe which is the "Untouchable" syringe. This will make you temporarily immune to all damage in the game.

After getting the recipe, this is what you need to craft the syringe:

2 - White Leaf
5 - Blue Leaf
5 - Green Leaf



Of course, there are other special syringes in the game, but this is the earliest one you can craft.
